Pandže 411, Novo Sarajevo, is a citizen association engaged in collecting, preserving, and researching visual material. In performing its activities and as part of the implementation of certain projects and programs, UNWANTED IMAGES - Association for Collecting, Preserving, and Researching Visual Material collects and processes personal data in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Personal data includes any information that can identify users, such as name, gender, address, email address, postal address, and others. UNWANTED IMAGES - Association for Collecting, Preserving, and Researching Visual Material does not collect your personal data unless you have explicitly made it available, thereby consenting to its use for the purposes stated below.

For the realization of a specific purpose, UNWANTED IMAGES - Association for Collecting, Preserving, and Researching Visual Material may request additional data due to our obligations derived from the project, program, legal obligations, or legitimate interests, such as your date of birth, gender, identification document number, a copy of the identification document, a copy of your diploma, bank account number, name of the bank where the account is opened, proof of education and professional qualifications, training, employment details, work experience, proof of personal status, social status, and more.

We collect and process personal data to conclude or execute your contract signed with UNWANTED IMAGES - Association for Collecting, Preserving, and Researching Visual Material, confirming your participation in various activities to facilitate their execution or to fulfill our legal obligations and/or based on our legitimate interest.
