About us

UNWANTED IMAGES is an independent association that, through a critical and innovative approach, aims to encourage the collection, reflection, preservation, and understanding of photographic material that has been systematically destroyed and neglected over the past three decades. In this way, we also aim to inspire new methods of research, questioning, and confronting the complex social and political realities of our time.
